KIDDING CHAOS will OPEN on 30 March 2018

Our wonderful goat mums, the Does, are due to start kidding on 22nd March 2018.
This season Kidding Chaos will be in our new Big Barn at our farm in Kirk Michael (please see map on our Facebook Page 'Isle of Man Goats')

Whatever the weather there's plenty of room for visitors in our Big Barn to meet the goat mums and cuddle the kids. There will be bottle feeding to help with if we have kids being hand reared. If you visited in 2017 you can catch up with some of last year's bottle babies who now love to be brushed and fussed. If the weather's good we'll take a walk to meet the Bucks, the daddy goats, and to check on pregnant goats in the fields on the Farm. There's plenty of time for photos and Clare and Mike love answering questions about the goats.

This season we will have born Pure Boers, Pure Angoras, Angora x Boers, and for the first time Anglo Nubian crosses!... lots of gorgeous goat kids.

It is a really magical experience sharing the wonder of new life coming into the world. Last season some visitors were lucky enough to see kids being born ….although we cannot give any guarantees!

Pre booked morning, afternoon and evening sessions. You can join any session that has space or book your own private session for your Child's Birthday Party or Corporate Event. Please wear warm clothes and wellies/ boots as you will have to walk through a boot wash before entering the Goat Barn. Farm Shop will be open to Kidding Chaos visitors and there will be tea and coffee available after the session. Hand washing and toilet facilities on site.

DO NOT visit if you are pregnant.

BOOKING is ESSENTIAL as we like to keep groups small. Sessions usually run for 1.5 hours. £6.50 per person.

Follow the Herd on our Isle of Man Goats page where you'll find details of the new kids once they're born.
